I was going to complain about the lack of burning giraffes, but then realized it’s a study.
Thankfully the painting does live up to its name :)This reminds of me of the Body Worlds art exhibit going around with a preserved giraffe “Animal Inside Out” where they made drawers just like this out of its flesh so you can see the anatomy. Maybe it was inspired by this…
