The government has always done this to all people.
And what’s crazy is the next step of surveillance… It feels like the current state of America is to get extreme modern mass surveillance in place… Adoption of trackable money, and all digital movement tracked and attached to id. They basically already do it all but it’s masked as a consumer product. They are trying to make a reason to make it all federally own.
There already is pre-crime harassment. It’s what “gangstalking” actually is… They just needed to surround it with dumbass conspiracy theories so that no one would believe it. They are trying to make all this legal, like a new foundation for human society.

Do you know if Rayhunter need an internet connection to function? Being able to carry it around portably would likely be the ideal setup.
I’m new to it and don’t have the hardware yet, but no I don’t think so. From BleepingComputer’s site: “When Rayhunter detects suspicious network traffic [like a 2g downgrade], Orbic’s default green/blue screen turns red, informing users of a potential Stingray attack.”
The idea is to make a mobile setup and carry it in the car or a backpack. Especially for protests.

I may be stepping outside my field of knowledge but I can’t see why they don’t just build a local database of known threats to utilize offline.
