3 days ago15-20 daily is 5,475-7,300 per year or 40-50% of that 14,000 every year. It apparently takes 6 months to 4 years to train each one. So 15-20 a day seems unsustainable.

From the article, they aren’t quitting, they are retiring. Shutdown only accelerated the problem of how many are retiring.
