    The issue of LED headlights is also solved by forcing manufacturers to point them down at the road instead of just blasting out a 180-degree cone of blindness.

      To a certain extent they already do this, and it isn’t enough. Coming over a crest, reflections, poor adjustment or slight bumps in the road will cause opposing traffic to be blinded.

        In my area about 30% of vehicles I see on the highway had lifts… And about 5% of those have adjusted their headlights to compensate.
