This is completely off topic, but it may be of help or not. /Disclaimer

I don’t disagree with the rant, but I really dislike titles like that.

    “I am … Let us.”

Yeah, no. That’s just socializing your problem. I don’t care.

I especially hate it in journalism whenever they publish editorials or wherever this gets past normal journalistic professionalism if that even exists anymore.

Another typical title is “It’s time we stop [doing this thing]…”

Again, no, that’s just a rant, asking everyone to do or stop doing what the author wants. It will absolutely not stop anyone from doing whatever it is.

What I’d like to read is: We are… Let me.

Now that is owning the problem. If you want to do something about something, then fucking do it and then show everyone else how to do it. Moaning about it not doing online without offering a solution does jack shit.

That’s rants. I don’t mind rants. I wish we had a rant community, but fuck me if want to make one and mod. Hell no. The thing is that, even if I momentarily feel very strongly about wanting to have it, I will never feel strongly motivated to make it happen.

Okay, reflect on that, and then think about why there are no stories about bakeries using AI.

They had me at the title.

    They lost me at:

[AI] is a truly transformative technology after all.
