Recently Jellyfin client was crashing under Garuda distro. Instead of doing proper troubleshooting I just deleted it via package manager but… I did not pay attention under what repo it was (AUR?) and could not find it anymore to reinstall it. Has it been removed from the repo? Who should I ask? I solved my problem by installing flatpak but somehow I would prefer to have it in an Arch/garuda repo.
The package is jellyfin-media-player. But I’m having a lot of trouble with it at the moment. They’ve changed the dependencies, and so a couple of qt5 dependencies need to be rebuilt, but they’re both failing to install for me at the moment…
I’ve just been using Fladder as my client instead.
I ran into the same issue and managed to get
jellyfin-media-clientto update/install again by first installing icu76, which includes the required Qt5 dependencies.I can’t find it anymore under that name, hence my question: in which repo?
