Plex is starting to enforce its new rules, which prevent users from remotely accessing a personal media server without a subscription fee.

If you have a static IP it’s super easy. If you don’t, it’s less easy, but you should configure Plex the same way if you don’t want to use their proxy, which lowers the speed anyway.
