Furthermore, Valve’s product page focuses heavily on the streaming capability. So, no, your statement is not true. And besides, they didn’t even make any commitment to supporting it! They said they would look into it. That’s all.

The steam frame runs linux, so if they support the steam frame device they will by definition be building linux support.
