Slavery didn’t end in the civil war, it was nationalized. Go back and read the 14th amendment, it made slavery legal in every state even the ones that had outlawed it.

I’m aware. However, in the context of this conversation, I’d still rather be in an an American prison than an Israeli.

Is that truly what you believe? Half of America just wanted slaves to be free so they fought a war over it? Be serious…

Maybe choose a different word than eat. White Texans to this day mostly eat BBQ beef because pork is “black people food” so they would definitely never eat black people.

Woodard examines the sexual nature of documented instances of flesh-eating and details the various manners of consumption whereby Black Americans were metaphorically or actually eaten. In the book, Woodard defines consumption as a range of parasitic practices, including institutionalized hunger, seasoning rituals, and sexual modes of consumption.

None of those are, nor have ever been mainstream. The entire Confederacy/South wasn’t eating black people and certainly not the whole country.

Yeah, eating black people was mostly done by slave owners. You thought the poors were getting a slice? Lmao.
