Admins said it was promoting hate against a vulnerable minority. I don’t care about the account, but that part made me furious. Why kowtow to russia?
I had previous temp bans for saying things like what should happen to nazis (they called it promoting violence 🙄) and other times calling out russian trolls.
That site has really gone to shit since their acquisition. They let trolls run free, and ban people for calling them out.
Nah, they ban everything that breathes. They just have so many people that they can’t ban them all at once.

You’re painting with such an ocean-size brush, that you might as well be talking about anything at all. It comes down to details, facts and reality, and I’m not hearing anything persuasive from you.
I’ve been on the FV 2.5yrs now, and only once ran in to a ban-happy mod, here. And I’ve rarely heard other people complain about it, either.
So? That just means that your time hasn’t come yet. It will. You surely don’t claim that you’re nonbannable?

Most moderators do have problems with controversial takes. And most people will call you “asshole” if you don’t share their ideas.
