    That’s not have averages work. 96% of people are not as smart as the average score. Most people are on one side of the average or the other. The problem is that those that are lower or even at average intelligence are the ones that cause most of the world’s problems.

      I figure we can round that stuff to the center in many cases since we’re dealing with IQ which is scuffed and because people subtly change day to day / year to year. Like we’re fuzzily clustered around the hill top and the fuzzy groups to either side are pretty tiny.

      Edit: oh you mean more stratification. I never heard that before, I need to learn about that.
