From the The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission:

A screenshot of a post by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission viewed through the Sitter frontend Nitter. It reads: I have spoken with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and our Ambassador in Caracas. The EU is closely monitoring the situation in Venezuela.
The EU has repeatedly stated that Mr Maduro lacks legitimacy and has defended a peaceful transition. Under all circumstances, the principles of international law and the UN Charter must be respected. We call for restraint.
The safety of EU citizens in the country is our top priority.**

The current EU is neolib/colonialist for sure, but you can say the same about every european country in the meme. We need to change every single one of them or we just change the EU.

Of course you can always be a good radical leftist calling for revolution — this way you don’t need any governmental structure you rely on. That is fine. Who doesn’t love to see the world burn?

What I don’t understand with this approach: Every society needs structures and nobody can build everything from scratch in this day and age.

I would like to see it from another perspective. The workers movement always was international. Rosa Luxemburg proposed a system to create a better society by implementing so called non-reformist reforms. These reforms are not your typical soc-dem reforms that please bourgeois people. They are build in a way that takes society a step further. I would love to see non-reformist reforms of the EU. Making it more social, breaking neoliberal and colonialist policies.
