First day back at work for me! I was honestly afraid I wouldn’t function and I’m not saying I was at my best (I somehow lost my jacket???) but during my time off at home I was constantly crying and I was worried I would be like that at work. Nope, too busy and incredulous at gestures broadly that I didn’t have time to feel feelings!

I did try writing out super basic steps to my morning routine in an app and following along and it went pretty well! I also managed to eat breakfast and bring a snack. No dice on leaving on time or drinking enough water, but I’ll get there.
