If possible, don’t record with a phone unless it is streaming live. Old school video cameras still exist and don’t have GPS. I have an old Olympus digital camera that takes video. Hell, I have a game camera that logs data but has no antenna to transmit anything. Basic cameras that don’t follow people exist.
