    The headline omits important context: this article is about healthcare workers washing their work uniforms at home, and failing to kill antibiotic-resistant bacteria from the hospital. It’s not about an issue that necessarily applies to the general public.

      still is good to know, similar to how bad many detergents are at cleaning petroleums out of clothes or how stupidly flammable dryers are when drying oiled clothes (seriously why hasn’t anyone made a dryer that just intentionally burns the lint to avoid the hazard) or how non-stick pans release toxic chemicals when heated too much.
