4 hours trip to one side with 3 buses and 1 train and transfer gaps from 3 to 10 minutes tomorrow starts at 4 AM lets gooooo. Road back should be more chill tho

I’ve tried to learn patience and compassion towards myself while recovering from burnout, but it’s hard as I’m used to thinking that my permission to exist comes from being useful and oh boi does it bring up shame to not be. Today anxiety kicked in hard, but it helped to do some journaling on those thoughts. I also decided to try out the “How We Feel” -app.
I just came home from autism group and it was real nice again! Lovely people! Did good to cycle a bit as well and now I’m about to go for an evening walk. I’m really thankful for the adhd meds because they make a huge difference especially these days.
