Hey fellow enbies!

Does anyone here have experience with binders? Specifically, do they permanently alter the shape of your chest? I like my naked body and view is as gender neutral, but I’d like to be READ as more neutral while wearing clothes sometimes. So I want to bind in a way that won’t alter how my naked body looks. What’s your experience with that?

Thanks!

I’ve been wearing g2bc’s on/off for about 7 years, and (unfortunately for me, haha) it does not alter the shape of my chest/body at all.

Ugh sorry thats the case for you! You deserve to look a way that matches who you are. But thanks so much for the pointer!

For me it’s tighter than a sports bra, unfortunately!

If you have the means, I definitely suggest getting one your size and another one that’s one size bigger (e.g., getting one L and one XL). That way, you have an option depending what you want to do that day and wear the one that’s more appropriate for the day. For example, I use my size when I’m just going out to the mall or for a walk, but I use the bigger one when I’m going to a crowded concert or doing some light exercise.

They can feel tighter. If you’re not too worried about being as flat as possible, then you can get a size larger than what’s recommended for your dimensions. Racerback-style ones will also feel less tight generally.
