    this is not true in general. I am not denying this, but in india, many indian metropolitans voted for conservative party (we do not have a 2 party system, so it is hard to call 1 party as conservative, but current govt is definitely very conservatives)

        Glad you clarified that now, as it wasn’t evident in your original comment - that just said ‘metropolitan areas’, which would generally be understood to mean all metropolitan areas.
