On my first reading of the title, I read “big mech” problem, and was intrigued.
I’m still confused who has the meth problem? The town? Him? His beard?
Because only cops who don’t play by the rules can fix crime! It’s those darned civil rights laws getting in the way of cops fixing all the problems.
