The actor also had a notable role in the Free Willy film series as Glen Greenwood, the adoptive father of main character Jesse Greenwood – portrayed by Jason James Richter in the initial three films from 1993 to 1997. My understanding is it’s also possible as a somewhat random event, though more likely with older people, or with conditions (e.g. Underlying arrythmias, arterial disease, etc).
