Thank you for the background information. I didn’t know where the drawing was published. But that doesn’t change my opinion. The symbolism is clear. It would be interesting to have a historian research who the author of the drawing is and find out more about this person. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that it was influenced by National Socialist ideas from the outset.
FWIW, it took me about 20-30 minutes to find the original publication, issue, publisher, etc. Be the content you want to see on the internet. You keep claiming this is nazi-inspired, yet I see no proof. I would love to change my tune on this drawing, if you sleuthed out the proof.

…just look how different the letter „S“ is written in the word „class“ and in other words.
So is your whole argument that two of the Ss look vaguely like the Nazi SS runes? Or do you have anything to support your claim?
The theme of an octopus grasping the world is textbook anti-Semitic symbolism. https://antisemitism.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Antisemitic-imagery-May-2020.pdf
I mean fair point, it should have been a leech instead.
This is a lot more convincing than “it is known,” at least. Thanks!
I’m so tired of this “antisemitic” bs
Nah… look at my first post.
Good point, I did miss the octopus comment.
As to the rest, I’m sorry to say I lost interest, thank you for linking the pdf though.
You seriously lose interest when people point out a typographic Nazi dog-whistle?
Nah, I lose interest when the interaction is self righteous and hostile. I’d love a discussion, that’s not where this was or was headed.
You’re more than welcome to take over, and I’ll be happy to read up on your references and arguments as part of the audience.
