It would be literally impossible to pull off.
Trying to deport nearly half the population of the US would require it to be voluntary, and that isn’t going to happen. The sectors that would enforce it already include a lot of non-whites who are complicit because they personally are not being deported. People, especially the non-whites whose families have been in the US from before the US acquired their land from Mexico, would absolutely resist. The non-white population is oppressed, sure, but not to the extent of non-white populations in other colonial locations where a few whites are able to enforce racist laws through violence.
If attempted at the federal level it would implode immediately as multiple states would violently resist due to scale.
