Do we have to stoop the MAGA’s level of deliberately misinterpretion? You don’t need the whole context of the conversation to know the title is wrong, you just need the context of the clip being reference to see he did not say he spoke to large numbers of dead people.
He said he spoke to many people experiencing what he described - duplicate ballots, ballots sent to multiple addresses, ballots sent to dead people. And if a dead man was sent a ballot, it’s not wrong to say his widow received it.

He’s a Congressman who misspoke while delivering a flurry of lies. That’s amusing to me, but if your sense of humor is different that’s OK too.
