You don’t need to watch Arcane Season 2. It doesn’t really answer much in the way of season 1 and isn’t quite as cohesive or magical and often feels like a parade of skins they use for the game and villains to make new game characters.

Highly loved Season 1 and if you want more go ahead but seriously season 2 is a huge step in a different direction.
