Things I’m doing instead of completing tasks:

    • Reading books about completing tasks
    • Waiting until tomorrow to start fresh (on another book)

But what if the task is so cripplingly boring that it’s almost physically painful?

You would think that, but then afterwards, I just add more tasks, because there’s always something to do. The tasks never end, and therefore, my stress doesn’t either.

No. Because then there will be more tasks.

    And now you are tired.
