Thank you! It’s all done with layers. There is a base yellow layer and on top of it are layers for various sizes of scratches, grunge, dirt, and so on. Each has their own roughness and colour values.
The plastic also has a small amount of subsurface scattering to give it a bit of visual depth, making it look more like real plastic.
