I can’t bear to read your comment. Because you are still trying to make things work in the free market. Capitalism in itself is designed to make the rich, richer. you can’t find a solution in capitalism that benefits the people.
That was exactly what I said. Changing a single value (how much low-paying jobs are getting paid) will not change anything but it would just quickly rebalance to the same distribution as today.
You need to change the whole system to get anywhere.
All of this was in response to this comment where user [email protected] claimed that fixing everything is “that simple”, all you need to do is “paying according to how shitty [jobs] are.”
And all I said was no, that’s not enough, the system needs some major overhaul to have any chance change meaningfully.
