Do any other instances remove or modify aforementioned block of links? I’m moreso curious to know what additions have been tried, but I’d also be shocked to hear if anyone’s removed them altogether and for what reason?
It’s not displayed on quokk.au. It’s the rationale discourse box in the sidebar, it’s a checkbox in the settings, same with the preset trump/musk filters.
As for why?:
Reduce visual clutter: it’s an element that realistically a user will use once, it doesn’t need to always be there.
We’re an anarchist server: I’d like to trust most people to be able to make their own informed decisions and be avoiding any alt-right pipelinens on principle.
