Due to what people consider disorders I am a creature of impulses, trying to keep a routine literally broke my brain before, so that’s 100% not something I would need to worry about
I’m normally the way too, but figuring out how to harness hyperfocus (I’m ADHD) and systems theory (mostly Atomic Habits style stuff) and SMART goals I’m now pretty good at getting me to do stuff.
