There is a YouTuber who makes amazing watercolor buildings and cities. His line work is incredible and he inspired me to give structures a try. This is my first attempt. My mom LOVES lighthouses, so that’s why I started with this.

    Yes.

Since I’ve switched to the watercolor style I’ve gotten that question a lot. Do you think I should include it somewhere? I don’t want to mislead people.

      I think it’s the title.

I personally would write “digital watercolour” or “digital” instead of “watercolour” by itself. Seems more appropriate.

Keep it up, it’s even prettier on the second look.

Also, in a perfect world is the physical watercolor stuff something you would want to try out if you haven’t already? Even without being an artist I can imagine the cost, time, space, mobility, etc. considerations.

In my highschool years many moons ago. I mostly paint next to my wife on the couch while watching something she’s more interested in. So traditional paints aren’t great for that. Plus I’m working towards something that requires digital chops so I’ll stay focused here for a bit.
