You are very critical of your works, which I suppose is a normal thing for a creator to some extent, but I got this one immediately. You got the hairdo and forehead/eyebrows/facial features really well in my opinion. If I could be a little bit critical, the only thing that really stood out to me right away was the outline (meant to give a little more definition maybe?)

Looks more like acrylic than watercolour. That looks like a canvas and you can’t really use white with watercolours.
Got it, yeah it’s over use of the brushes probably.
