Also, if I understand correctly, the color comes from alterations of the light reflection, so it changes according to where you are when you look at it right? Kind of like iridescence?
I personally use Forgejo.
It has kanban boards, tasks, wiki and obviously git repos where you can store documents, not sure how convenient it is for this though
Starting by not calling people that don’t know/care about privacy “normies”, and educating them I guess.
Also I’d say start with the “easier” ones, for instance anti-capitalist people are more open to find ways to avoid surveillance capitalism. If enough of these people care and educate their respective circles, eventually all people will care.

I think you should have 3 profiles for 3 settings, imo a personal phone number should not be used in a professional setting.
Unfortunately Signal doesn’t allow to create account without phone number, but there are other alternatives that should work in a professional setting.
Back in networking classes we used to have entire rooms of replicated machines, all with contiguous addresses and same logins. We wrote a script to ssh into every computer of the room and eject and retract all the disk drives at the same time, it was wonderful ✨
