in my opinion, at this point of history, FAST is inherently detrimental. Only those with privilege and resources are able to adapt to rapid changes and reap their benefits, while the rest are left behind.

Awww. That’s the most healthy way to use social media: only check out someone you care about, and show your love to them.

Everything else are distractions if not poisonous , which is especially true on Twitter.
