A place came up for rent near me with more rooms and I deseprately needed it for my kids but it turned out to be a reupload of a house that used to be for sale and the guy fooled me with the “application fee” thing along with trying to get me to pay him more money to allow pets but I learned by then it was fake and called him out on it and he ghosted me
