28 days agoHey! I think I’m here suuuuper late, but as far as I’m aware, any book on Kobo that has DRM applied to it will give you that file. It requires adobe digital editions or something to access. If it doesn’t have DRM it should hand you an epub. You can still get it by using Kobo’s desktop app and using Obok in Calibre. I got that to work even using the desktop app running through a compatibility layer on Linux. I hope that helps! Sorry it took a month for anyone to respond!
I used the default Android (not Google) clock for setting alarms for a while, since that’s what I had when I installed GrapheneOS.
But I feel you about wanting to not doomscroll, which I also took great efforts to get rid of. This resulted in me getting a cheap Casio watch that had an alarm setting, and now my wristwatch is my alarm.
