I use cheat engine speedhack (with different speed hotkeys) in almost every game. Got that long walk in Witcher/Skyrim ahead of you? 2x game speed. Got some waiting to do while the base builds in Command and Conquer? Speed up. For whatever reason you can’t pause SPTarkov? 0x speed. As someone with limited gaming time, Cheat Engine speed function is a blessing

Is moving to ARM architecture anti-user? They easily accomplished the (correct me if I’m wrong) best energy efficiency between all available laptops in the market. Granted, it was never marketed for gaming.

To be fair they did move to a completely different CPU architecture and ARM is a hit or miss in gaming. Some games are fine, but then there are ones like Minecraft that ran better on my 10 year old Intel than on a top of the line M processor

I’d actually say it was 8.1, but the problem with 8.1 is that it died before people could discover how good it is combined with classical start menu. It was basically a fleshed out, faster, more stable Windows 7 with updated tech like newer directx and cached boot (aka. Fastboot). Almost non-existing market share, but I liked it far better than 7, 10 and 11 (only gave it 1 week). I installed a tweaked 8.1 version on all my friends/family’s PCs and never heard a single complaint, shit was awesome.

Escape from Tarkov, but single player (SPTarkov, not the paid upgrade). Lots of controversy surrounding the game, but I quite enjoy it playing at my own pace and difficulty
