I know of a YouTuber called the blind homesteader. He has family and friends help him. They have quite the homestead and he often helps the community around his homestead too.
Use a virtual card like the ones from privacy. You can select if it’s a one time payment or a monthly payment and set limits.

I have been using a program called GPT4ALL and you can download many models and run them locally. They give you a prompt at boot if you want to share data or not. I select no and use it offline anyway.

Immich works pretty well for me. One time I had to search for something and had to explain it, example: “small white rectangular box near middle of photo” and it found what I was looking for. Kind of blew me away.
