For me, it was kbin.social - but kbin and lemmy didn’t play well together when I joined (and now it’s in its current state). Then I picked lemmy.world - and they went down one day due to the influx of users. Then I picked sh.itjust.works and I’ve been happy ever since. I’ll be staying here until the day I spin up my own instance.
Simple Green is my go to degreaser when dish soap and hot water don’t cut it.
Not OP, but my favorite faction was dungeon. Getting all those black dragons and having a good ole time across the map… I need to pick it back up.
Past two weeks have been such a roller coaster that I don’t even know. Thankfully I have therapy in the morning so I hope I can get the help I need to get this sorted. Things seem to be happening back to back to back that it feels, at times, that I don’t get a chance to breathe.
it’s the same workflow as a shell swap so the two upgrades can easily go hand in hand.
That’s exactly what I’m planning on doing, if it gets funded. I was going to go with the DeckHD screen, but they’ve been having issues for months and it’s turned me off from it - bad customer service, simply not shipping product purchased, forcing their customers to do a charge back for a refund because they’ve ghosted their user base.
If it doesn’t get funded, I’ll be buying a replacement screen from ifixit. My deck screen has some discoloration from pressure being applied to the screen at some point.
Honestly, I’ve watched the creator’s yt videos and I can’t notice a difference in the height of the screen. In the first video, he addressed the height difference and stated that he couldn’t get one the same height because valve had it custom made.
With that said, I’ve never been one to focus on bezel size or be perturbed by it.
