Master Chief Collection came out in late 2014.
Language is complex, as is intention. Such as: if you intend to take offense at a perceived slight, you will find one no matter what.
You want it to mean something, and therefore to you it does. That does not mean it was intended or perceived that way before you tried to make it so.
We can all assume people are out to get us, and take every opportunity to take offense to it, or we can get over ourselves and not project our own insecurities on the actions of everyone around us.
Took me four or five starts to get my thoughts in order, and honestly it still doesn’t sound fully coherent. Oi
saying people with ASD socialize like Neanderthals is problematic because phrasing it like that implies they haven’t evolved past their ancient roots.
I honestly can’t tell if this is a troll, a meta-joke about people with autism taking things too literally, or an actually serious take.
Saying Neanderthal DNA could be a potential cause (not even a full cause, potentially just a partial cause) doesn’t have anything to do with being “unevolved”. It just means a slight difference in DNA. It means tiny changes in DNA might be causing tiny changes in social abilities. That doesn’t say they’re unevolved or bad or inferior in any way… just different.
What if he’s just throwing shade at Apple’s own AI division?
Now throw in average incomes on the low, medium, and high ends and see if that makes any difference in your criticism of people not wanting to spend so much on a game they might get a hundred or so hours out of.
Hell, throw in the average housing costs and costs of consumables while we’re at it.
There’s an inside part of a circle, too.
You seem to have a contradiction there.
I feel another resurrection in his future…
employees calling out
Why would the employee have to look up a publicly listed number to call their employers to call out? That’s something a private line could easily take care of.
Why even have a phone number if it is useless?
Really? Are reservations the only use for a phone?
A publicly shared phone number for the restaurant? Pretty much. It has limited uses for checking hours and holidays and such, but the primary use is going to be checking availability to eat at the restaurant. If that’s not something you can get over the phone, 99% of the reason to have a public facing phone number is negated.
“Raise volume”
Your track record of not hating people for their opinions is muddy at best.
I’m disappointed that the article writers decided to reframe it as Anika being “upset” instead of her actual words. Especially since she’s also investing in a sequel in the same statement.
He owns a car company, why would he glorify what he sees as competition?
When you’re jiggling around in your pocket for it and there’s other coins in there too, it becomes harder to do.
Well, sure. Adding many variables usually makes anything harder to do. But that generally just means it takes a little more effort.
Are your hands horribly mangled or something? Am I bringing up something hard for you to deal with?
A nickel is smaller and thicker, and has a smooth edge compared to the quarter. Can you not tell the difference?
Being bought, or being sold? There’s a difference. If they’re not being bought at those numbers, they’ll still show up the most.
They also said “starting”, which implies that’s what it’s being sold at, not what you see the most listings for.
I was looking up bike lanes in a city I was thinking of buying a house in and the map had property lines on it, with the registered owners names plastered in every space.
