I hate to admit the following, but I used to listen to the Adam Carrola podcast, and he interviewed Gavin Newsom back when he was lieutenant governor. I have a set of Beats Studio Pros and have the same issue. I got it to work a year or so ago after a bunch of tinkering, but have no clue what I did. I just use a wired mic when I play Arc raiders.

I have zero problem paying for software, as that’s how I make my living. I don’t expect free updates for life, but I refuse to have everything in my life be a subscription.
