I agree but this is not for people who don’t eat animals in the first place. It is for all the people not willing to forgo a certain taste and texture for any reason really. Which is still the vast majority. While we happily disregard the suffering of those not within eye shot we are luckely less willing to ignore the heating up of our planet and the limited space for growing food. So there is really not a viable option for the masses without lab grown meat.
