I think the cart doing weird things has something to do with the framerate. It’s been years since I tried playing skyrim, but I vaguely remember that the physics was somehow tied to the framerate.

Then name one of them. If you’re too lazy to go and look at the laws for that state, I can do it for you if you want, but you need to give even a single state of where you think you’re allowed to ignore the speed limit while passing someone. Here, I’ll give you an example:
Alabama on page 64: On two-lane roads with traffic moving in both directions, you may pass traffic on the left if the pass can be completed safely without exceeding the speed limit.
Most states won’t explicitly state that you aren’t allowed to speed while passing, but they definitely won’t tell you that speeding is fine.
Can you go into any state or town’s laws and actually find where it says that? Because I’m willing to bet that it isn’t legal to ignore the speed limit while passing someone.

In my mind drink is exclusively for liquids, which is why drinking a solid sounds weird to me. Because there’s no chewing involved swallowing pills makes more sense than eating them, but I’ll admit I don’t know why “take” is the usual verb.
They could probably put out a beta branch or whatever it’s called specifically for hard drives. Have the default installation assume you have an ssd and let people opt into hdd optimization.

Seriously, look into a steam deck. The interface is very console-like and you can have it on a normal desktop if you want. Or don’t, you already seem pretty convinced that you only want a console.
That’s just a computer. If you’ve heard about the steam deck, you can set up a pc to be basically the same but more powerful and permanently hooked up to a tv.
I haven’t gone out of my way. While I haven’t used the word “fun”, I did say I enjoyed most runbacks in Dark Souls as a sort of puzzle. Being downvoted for a subjective opinion is absurd, especially when the person I’m responding to also has a subjective opinion.
I think we all know that the up/down votes are people agreeing or disagreeing with you. So having more downvotes than upvotes means that more people disagree with you than agree with you.
