Yeah, this is my point and experience too. 32 is better, I’d say 16 min. But people crying about needing 128 should rethink their priorities for gaming, were in a recession lol. Save your money.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can never get people to understand this. I’ve got servers running on i7 8th gens, with stock 16GB ram. I could upgrade, but no need. People thinking they need 128GB to plays games are delusional.

If you reset a managed one to unmanaged, at least set the admin password, don’t leave it default. Security 101.
Yeah, I learned about it all after. L4D is one of my favorite arcade shooters of all time, I really wanted a part 3.
Same. I’ve got a huge library of rpg games I can play, don’t really play games that I need to have day 1, I just watch a few hours of someone play it and I’m good.
No man’s sky did make a full 180 recovery though, I bought it after the fix for me, my kid and some friends so we could play together.

I think people are more excited about an OS that doesn’t steal their data and is made for gaming. Bazzite is cool, but the steam deck has showed what a good OS can do for gaming. Fuck windows.
My experience too. Being burned day one release sucks, looking at you Back 4 Blood.

Why? Just have it auto skip.

And you didn’t bother to look to see why. It doesn’t work on chrome, move to Firefox.

Same. It works crazily well for YouTube.

Me and my 11 year old just changed the rear shocks on my car, 18mm socket and box wrench, 45 minutes of time. I’ll never buy a vehicle with these types of paywalls.

I don’t do enough illegal shit to be a problem. I block 99% of ads, etc. if they really wanted me, my license plate is tracked all the time via cameras. If they really wanted me, come get me. You have to find the threshold that is acceptable to you, nothing is 100% secure without a LOT of preparation and work, which I just don’t care enough about.
I’m not out here hiding bodies, there are larger issues/people to worry about.

I reserve a browser, like brave or edge, to use when I’m on the VPN. No plugins, no password manager, plain Jane vanilla browser + VPN, so they’re “fingerprinting” something I don’t use. Hard to compare when literally nothing matches.
Good luck.
Plus my VPN location changes often. Sometimes I use TOR browser on VPN (not sure it helps) if I’m wading through a very gray area.
Local pihole and ublock origin (on Firefox) alone seems to make my phone “unique” on its own.

Everything requires some documentation.

You can delay them, but it will update at the worst time.

I think planted memories like total recall vacations are more realistic.

We play by the same rule, everyone is weird, no judgement for immutable characteristics. Everyone has challenges, life is already hard, no reason to make it harder for someone.

How are they talking to people? My kid either hasn’t figured it out or doesn’t give a shit. But he doesn’t really talk except for IRL friends on discord.

I can make static if I squeeze my eyes very tightly, sometimes spots. No one i asked when I was little had the same results. Haven’t thought about it in a long time.
It’s not that it’s excessive, that’s a lot of money to spend right now with the way things are.
