No confidence votes are a referendum that forces a new vote. Impeachment is done by representatives and kicks off a process that gets blocked by the senate and results in no change, ever.

I’ve only ever used DEs that aren’t gnome. And that wasn’t really by choice - it was a workplace. But after hearing about how gnome treats their users… fuck that. I went so far recently as to try to make a nix system that was 100% free of gnome shit and I have actually hard a really difficult time because it has wormed its way into other dependencies.

I checked it out. It’s not a ghost town, but I feel like there is less activity than on federated platforms. It doesnt have the critical number of people talking about stuff to be interesting and actually result in dialog.

I remember seeing that movie with friends in a theater. It was sooo hard to get them to agree to see it because of the 3 hour runtime.

Does it have an actual game embedded in it somehow? Like you solve a puzzle or something that is hidden in clues within the shows?

Honestly the super loose typing in python always made me hate it. I felt like I had to do more work making the type system behave than programming the app I wanted in the first place. I’m glad it’s got hints now.
