There are clients who are smart enough to know what they want but who still let you do your job because you’re doing something they can’t. Very rare but it’s wonderful to work with them.

And AI companies take the cake of course: https://velvetshark.com/ai-company-logos-that-look-like-buttholes
Current version:
To be fair: Logo slop has been the standard for decades long before AI, with graphic designers being forced to create it (The client is always right, especially if the client is an idiot who doesn’t know anything about design). This becomes obvious when you look at the evolution of brand logos.

It’s a complex topic, there is a lot to discover. In short, sounds (which are supposed to be relaxing) should not be too loud, too rough, too shrill, too impulsive. A lot of sounds can be used for sound baths, from harmonic-based to certain types of noise (Like pink noise which is associated with waterfalls or the sound of the sea).
Just the usual bullshit with wishing you had more time to do this and that. That’s life.
Interesting. Sadly too late for me to watch.
Not reading the original post explains a lot. It was really not convincing by any means. The social awkward 22-year old with a social butterfly dad getting his son a 27-year old woman to date him. And of couse dad’s even paying for the whole show. And what does the 22-year old social awkward son do? Humblebrag on Lemmy, hoping to make it less obvious by complaining about how dominant his dad is. Nothing about this story works. I’m not saying that weird things don’t happen in real life, I’ve seen a lot that was much weirder. But there are certain principles which act as boundaries. There is real weirdness and there is weirdness only found in fiction. And this story absolutely belongs in the second category.
There is no such thing as consensual arranged marriage. Nor is it a thing in Asian cultures to have the woman being significantly older than the man, it’s the opposite. And then there is the fact that it’s not about marriage but a date so there is no connection to this romcom fantasy anyway, with the possible exception that the social butterfly dad may have simply paid the woman to date his son (Prostitution).
There is no evidence for how this could have worked for real, at least not how it was portrayed. If it’s just a case of covert prostitution, sure. But no “normal” woman would agree to such a date no matter how much of a social butterfly this dad is. Especially not women who are much older than the guy (5 years difference is a lot in this age range). I mean, come on, that’s literally the plot of a bad romcom.
Of course. It was just a joke about what would make people lie on Lemmy. Collecting AI credits.
The other way around and torture instead of killing (“You didn’t help in creating me, now suffer for eternity, meatbag!”).
Children…
I guess “true” and “false” are misleading.
I had similar issues in the past because of stuck keys. And those keys weren’t even part of a shortcut or any other software function to control the particular element that went bonkers. It can be random keys you would never expect.
Have you checked for stuck keys?
Germany is the worst when it comes to this.
EU citizen here. It’s much worse than that. The average EU citizen can be proud of the EU’s imperalism/capitalism and simultaneously believe that the EU is a socialist utopia.
Look at the Aperature logo in Portal. Quite prophetic, isn’t it?
