I see it just as positive vibes. It’s someone throwing a bottle in the ocean hoping it will reach someone who might the message inside it.
I can totally understand the other way around though, it can feel invalidating like behing told that sleeping 8 hours, meditating 15 minutes per day and eat well will solve every single of your problems when you have to deal with a crippling condition every single day of your life. It can be infuriating.
