“They” say it’s AI. It doesn’t look like it. And Issrael owns every media outlet saying it’s fake.
I seriously doubt you could make an AI photo have the exact same blood stains on the shirt and face as the real photos.
I honestly don’t buy it. Plus Issrael is known for making fake hero shit like this.
Hands look normal. I don’t see anything indicating it’s AI.

Even ignoring the hands which you could chalk up to potato quality, the text and logo on the t shirt are a dead giveaway.
If you don’t trust the BBC, then the Australian Associated Press also arrived at a similar finding.
Multiple people in the image have distorted hands. The makeup artist’s right hand appears to have an extra finger, while her left hand is misshapen.
The left lens on the sunglasses atop her head also appears to be warped.
The camera operator on the far right in the background appears to have no left hand and to be wearing an abnormally large watch.
The right hand of the man in the centre is an amorphous blob.
The hands and feet of the other crew members are also distorted and malformed
