If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

    It comes with age but age comes at different times for different people. If you find yourself thinking that bowel movements aren’t as easy as they ought to be it’s time. And yeah the main benefit is it gets easier to engage in the disgusting reality of biology.
