any more (like for a shopping list) write it down.
or repeat it to yourself by saying it 10-20 times out loud. writing it down usually helps too because that aids for some ppl in memorization.
I’ll remember 7, but if I need to get to the store, that’s one, if I’m driving and I get irked, that’s another. By the time I get to the store, my list is milk, get to the store, that red light was too long, why can’t bmw drivers use their turn signal, I need to clip my fingernails, and what do I want for lunch?
If it is more than two things I need a list. No exceptions.
