I don’t know where this is, but I know both Coke and Pepsi don’t like to allow venders to sell both. They have special terms and pricing for exclusive contracts.
They do, but you can get contracts that don’t specify that the other companies products aren’t allowed in the store. You pay a higher price, but they’d rather have their product in your restaurant along with the competition, than none of their products in your restaurant, so it’s not too bad of a price gouge.
After all, it’s not like they even try to enforce that shit at grocery stores and convenience stores/ gas stations.
You know, I never noticed that. My immediate thought would be like a high school commissary or some place too small to prosecute for buying a flavor bag outside of a contract. If that’s even possible
